Advocates for Children Annual Holiday Fair – Volunteer Opportunity!
The YPLAA Community Involvement Committee is working to assist Advocates for Children with their annual holiday fair by coordinating YPLAA volunteers to accomplish the following tasks during these dates/times. Fri., Dec. 5: set-up tables from 6:30-7:30p at St. Dom’s in Auburn
Sat. Dec. 6: set-up crafts, games and food stations from 7:30-9a at St. Dom’s in Auburn
Sat. Dec. 6:staff craft and game tables from 9a-1p at St. Dom’s in Auburn (supplies and directions are available; just show up and guide children)
Sat. Dec. 6: clean-up from 1-3p from at St. Dom’s in Auburn
Also, all are welcome to attend this fun, family event – tickets are on sale at Hannaford Auburn and Lewiston, or at Advocates for Children, 57 Birch St., Suite 204, Lewiston ME
Advocates for Children is a non-profit organization dedicated to the prevention of child abuse. Since 1978, they have supported Androscoggin County families through education, outreach, and advocacy.
